3CX Duty Officer and ExCon Call Queue Management

This video will demonstrate how to manage 3CX Duty Officer and ExCon call queues and change who is logged into the call queues for AMOSC Duty Officer, ExCon Alpha, and ExCon Bravo.

- First in your web browser first go to https://amosc.3cx.com.au
- If you are not logged-in, please click the sign-in with “Microsoft” button. This should automatically log you in.
- The first page you are presented with is the “Team” page which shows you who is currently connected to 3CX.
- Next go to the “Panel” page on the left.
- This page shows active calls on the system.
- To manage the Duty Officer, ExCon Alpha, and Bravo Call Queues, click the drop-down in the top-right corner and select "899 Duty Officer", "611 ExCon Alpha", or "611 ExCon Bravo."
- On the right side you can see who is currently logged in and who is logged out of ExCon Alpha.
- To log a user in to or out of the Duty Officer Queue or ExCon click their status to change from Logged Out to Logged In and vice-versa.
- To go back to see who is currently logged in to which call queues, click the drop-down in the top-right corner then click “All” or “Queue Calls”
- On this page you can see who is logged into 3CX and ready to take Duty Officer, or ExCon calls and you can also monitor Duty Officer and ExCon calls as they arrive and see if you may have missed any calls.
PLEASE NOTE:
You can have multiple people signed into the Duty Officer call queue. This currently ring all who are logged in. For now just make sure one person is logged into the Duty Officer queue at all times.
